Purchases and delivery

Digital gift cards are processed after checkout and delivered through the contact details provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for checking product value, region, and redemption requirements before purchase.

Refunds and incorrect orders

Because digital codes may become usable immediately after delivery, refund options can be limited. If an order appears incorrect, duplicated, or undelivered, customers should contact support as soon as possible.

Acceptable use

Customers must not use Applick Gift for fraud, resale abuse, unauthorised account access, payment misuse, or activity that violates card issuer requirements.

Support and review

Support requests are reviewed using order details, payment status, and delivery records. These sample terms should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before production launch.
